ReDriven 20kW turbine, working out annual power production is more complex.

We purchased a ReDriven 20KW unit almost 3 years ago. It has yet to function or produce any meaningful power. THIS TURBINE IS AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF SH*T!!
ReDriven is refusing to repair or replace as mandated by the state of California. They won't even respond to my emails or phone calls.
We have filed a calim with the BBB. BBB closed the case as "unresolved" and gave ReDriven a D+ rating. ReDriven does not seem to care.
There are MANY other customers with my experience or worse.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!!!
